A professional ground and an academy ground share this campus concept with practice nets, an indoor badminton complex, a football training field and a clubhouse — cricket first, with the cross-training facilities a modern programme expects.

The two ovals are held apart by a central spine of practice and social space, parking and bus movement stay south of the sports zone, and service routes ring the site without crossing player or spectator paths.

The masterplan board pairs the plan with facility vignettes, giving decision-makers one sheet that explains the whole campus.
