Sports Architects in Bengaluru
Bengaluru builds sport for two very different clients: corporate campuses providing for employees, and a grassroots academy culture that has been producing athletes for decades. The facilities they need are not the same, and conflating them is the most common brief error here.

Two different briefs. A corporate campus facility is used in short windows before and after work and at lunch, by people of mixed ability, and it succeeds on convenience and turnover. An academy facility is used for long structured sessions by committed athletes and succeeds on quality and progression. The same square metres arranged for one will disappoint the other, so the brief has to name which it is.
A climate that favours outdoor play — until it rains. Moderate temperatures make outdoor provision viable for most of the year, which is a real advantage. Rainfall intensity is the counterweight: surface falls, sub-base drainage and where the water actually goes are planning decisions, and a pitch that holds water is an earthwork failure, not a surfacing one.
Land further out, users closer in. Larger parcels sit away from where the users are, which makes travel time part of the feasibility. A facility nobody can reach after work is a facility that runs at a third of capacity.
